• Manage investor relationships (CRM)
• Send personalized investor outreach
• Create financial projections
• Access fundraising assistance

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer various plans including Free, Pro, and Agency. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities, spam, or to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create. We retain ownership of the Service itself.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
